It was just brilliant to discover The Gambia as it really is. We were really immersed in the culture and the hospitality was amazing. I particularly enjoyed the drumming and with the guidance of a master drummer, my skills certainly improved. Great meditation. I would love to go back and keep that connection alive. It wasn’t just about fun though and I can see many opportunities for working with locals to do some development there.
